As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in helping the team grow and excel, providing training, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional service in one of Dublin’s busiest restaurants. You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff and head waiters.
Lead by example, demonstrating what great service looks like, being hands-on, and involved in all aspects of daily operations—from welcoming guests with a smile to ensuring every detail of the dining experience runs smoothly.
