Job Title
A Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and remote/phone support for HVAC and air-handling equipment. They will also support commissioning teams and service engineers with diagnostics and system configuration, review technical documentation, and collaborate with internal engineering teams on product improvements.
* Assist customers with system issues, prepare technical reports, and process support tickets.
* Work closely with contractors and consultants to resolve system issues.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, and possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
