Job Description:
Aramark Workplace Solutions are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator based in the OPW, Santry, Dublin.
* This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Maintenance Contracts Supervisor.
* The role supports the delivery of contracted services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and ensuring accurate information is entered into onsite systems
* Maintaining and updating all electronic filing
* Completing special assignments and tasks such as leasing with contractors, placing and cancelling maintenance contracts
, About this Role:
This hybrid position requires office attendance on specific days. The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated in managing contracts databases. He/She will have excellent report writing skills with employees, customers & contractors.
