Aramark is currently recruiting a Post/Print Room Operator to join the team at our client site. The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with delivering Facilities services at Goodbody. The core responsibilities are divided into the following main areas:
Job Responsibilities
Post Room Services
• Collaborate with the Facilities Operations team to deliver services such as processing and distributing inbound and outbound post according to established processes.
• Manage courier deliveries and collections.
• Order Post Room supplies from third-party vendors.
• Handle Client Regulatory Documentation (Print, Pack, and Dispatch).
Documentation Dispatch
• Support the delivery of client documentation dispatch, including producing, packing, and dispatching documents through controlled processes, ensuring correct delivery to recipients.
• Utilize automated machinery (printers, enveloping machines, counters, paper jostlers, etc.) for production, packing, and dispatch.
• Work with other Operations team members to maintain high standards and controls.
• Backup Printroom Services, including printing, binding, and laminating.
Scanning Services
• Assist in providing scanning services to support Goodbody’s business needs.
Other Tasks
• Liaise with service and maintenance providers.
• Assist with daily health and safety matters (e.g., Fire Safety).
• Perform daily building checks.
• Manage Facilities service providers such as document disposal, waste, and recycling.
• Perform ad hoc facilities duties as instructed by the Facilities Operations Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
• Proficiency in PC use, email, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Facilities operations experience is desirable.
• Facilities management exposure is a plus but not required.
