Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: Carrigaline, County Cork, Ireland
Salary: €75K - €80K + Pension + Discretionary Bonus,
Project: Residential
The successful Site Manager will possess a time-served background or be degree-qualified and have housing / Residential project experience with main contractors or builder developers.
Lead the on-site team for an award-winning main contractor; you will be responsible for the on-site management team tasked with delivering a quality project safely.
Qualifications Required:
Trade qualifications OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline with a minimum 5 years Site Management experience
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
Excellent team-leading skills, strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility
