Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team and support the delivery of smooth, efficient HR processes across the business.
In this role, you will maintain employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide day-to-day HR administrative support. This position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused, with the ability to handle a busy workload in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees.
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Track employee hours and leave to support payroll processes.
* Assist with coordinating training and employee engagement activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Retail experience is an advantage.
