This is a part-time management opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. In the absence of any other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring that it trades safely and legally.

* Supporting Store Managers in achieving sales targets through friendly and efficient customer service.

* Delivering sales through excellent customer service skills.

* Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.

* Demonstrating products and assisting customers with queries using product knowledge.

* Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.

* Providing ear piercing services (full training will be provided).

* Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. A minimum of 1 year retail experience is required, along with a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and operate a POS system is also necessary.

Qualifications - External
">
We require some high school education and a minimum of 1 year retail experience. External qualifications include excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, understands the importance of Customer Service, sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers and ability to operate POS system.
