**Job Description:**
We are looking for a people-first leader to join our Pensions team.
Experience within pensions is not necessary, but exposure to people management in the financial services sector is essential. You will lead a team that supports customers and brokers with their pension needs.
This role is all about improving experiences, solving problems, and helping your team grow.
You will work closely with our Customer Experience Manager to deliver great outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a high-performing pensions team, including offshore colleagues.
* Handle complaints and drive improvements to stop issues recurring.
* Manage risk events and ensure corrective actions are in place.
* Collaborate with other teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives.
* Coach and develop your team to help them thrive.
Skills & Experiences:
* Experience leading teams in financial services.
* APA qualified (QFA or working towards is a plus).
* Strong coaching and leadership skills.
* A passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
* Confident decision-maker with a focus on continuous improvement.
