Our Client operates in the residential & commercial Air Source Heat Pump sector and now need to identify an Operations Manager for their ROI activities based in Dublin. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's end-to-end operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability to support business growth. This role works closely with technical, commercial, finance, and sales teams to align operational capacity with strategic objectives, while leading continuous improvement across processes, people, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
* Set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities to drive company growth and profitability.
* Plan, monitor, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning across the business.
* Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
* Evaluate existing business processes and implement improvements to optimise productivity and performance.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement
* Manage daily operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment.
* Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of system components.
* Manage the procurement process to effectively control stock levels in line with order schedules.
* Coordinate with technical and finance teams to manage inventory, supplier performance, and commercial terms.
* Provide input into procurement strategies and supplier evaluations.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in the following areas:
* Supply chain and logistics management.
* Operational efficiency and Lean thinking.
* Opex budgeting and cost control.
* ERP/system integration and planning tools.
* Problem-solving and risk mitigation.
This role attracts a basic salary of up to €90,000.
