Job Title: General Practice Liaison Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional General Practice Liaison Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for General Practitioners (GPs) and their staff. This role is crucial in building relationships, responding to inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between our organization and GP practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to calls from dedicated GP lines and interact with GPs and their staff to organize appointments within agreed timeframes.
* Process faxes and emails via designated channels and maintain accurate records and statistics on those utilizing the GP line.
* Engage with new GP practices to establish strong relationships and foster continued partnerships.
* Assist in promoting the use of the GP line and coordinate referrals to consultants/specialties as needed.
