Our client is seeking a fluent Italian and English speaker (Spanish a strong advantage) to join their team as a Service Administrator, supporting their operations across Italy and Spain.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and technical support, scheduling maintenance and repair visits, and coordinating closely with in-house teams and subcontractors.
You will assist in managing stock, logistics, CRM updates, and monthly reporting, while also translating sales and marketing materials into Italian and Spanish as needed.
You'll support the Sales and Operations teams with tender submissions, service platform improvements, and process development.
The role also includes market research, lead generation, and assisting with email and newsletter campaigns to build awareness in the Italian and Spanish markets.
Occasional travel within and outside Ireland may be required.
