We are seeking talented individuals for the role of Account Executive with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. You will drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and utilize innovative technology to redefine customer engagement.
Our Agentforce platform leverages real-time data analytics and AI to enhance Customer 360, enabling scalable customer interactions. As part of our specialized sales team, you will craft customer engagement strategies and deliver impactful results. We seek individuals with deep AI knowledge, experience in selling complex tech solutions, and understanding of cloud-based services and B2B solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can meet their business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identify and position Agentforce opportunities using your sales expertise and AI knowledge.
* Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at existing and new customers.
* Articulate how Salesforce’s product stack, especially Agentforce, can transform customer engagement within existing architectures.
* Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate Agentforce’s impact.
* Source and qualify opportunities that match our ideal customer profile.
* Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can be a solution.
* Present detailed and scalable solutions using Agentforce to meet client needs.
* Create compelling Points of View (POVs) highlighting the value of Agentforce.
* Work across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and align solutions with strategic objectives.
* Use your discovery skills and insights to showcase relevant Agentforce use cases.
What you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, especially in technical environments.
* Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and agent platform configurations.
* Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platforms.
* Strong business intuition and ability to map client needs to Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.
* Excellent technical selling skills, capable of explaining AI solutions to non-technical clients.
* A proven record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales environments.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a background in technology sales.
Skill-Set/Technologies:
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation, Cloud Data Warehouse, Cloud infrastructure, Predictive and prescriptive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
