Role Description: Fenero are seeking to recruit a People and Culture Specialist, to build on the companys strong foundations of being an outstanding employer with a track record for people development.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief People Officer in a newly created role in the business.
You will work collaboratively across all departments to promote company values, behaviours and competencies, and help shape a positive and productive remote-first culture where everyone works to realise our established objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years generalist experience in Human Resources with well-rounded expertise in recruitment, employee relations, administration, talent development, DEIB, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities: Support teams with their recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract high-calibre candidates who are the best fit for our company culture and values, and who will contribute to long-term organisational growth; Carry out screening and shortlisting for open roles and schedule recruitment activities as required; Take ownership for HR administration and legal and regulatory compliance and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies; Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of employee information and develop routine and custom reports as required; Streamline and improve internal processes; Update, analyse and report on all HR metrics.
Ensure any trends are identified and proactively identify actions to improve; Support managers with probation management, 1:1 meetings and proactive performance management processes; Collaborate with managers to understand their goals and challenges and provide solutions that support business objectives; Support initiatives to improve the employee experience in a remote-first environment; Work with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformation.
Skills & Experience 3rd level qualification in HRM / Business or related field CIPD membership or equivalent HR certification, demonstrating a solid understanding of employment law andyour commitment to best practices At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, with a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment Proficiency in HRIS, Google Workspace and project management tools Experience supporting remote and international teams, with an appreciation for diverse and inclusive work cultures is preferred Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and build trusted relationships across all levels of the business Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and drive collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders Natural curiosity and a data-informed mindset, able to dig into metrics to uncover insights and drive innovative solutions A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in evolving environments A people-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering meaningful results.
