The Role of Financial Services Professional involves managing and developing a portfolio of SME clients across various sectors, preparing and presenting financial statements, leading client meetings, and becoming a key advisor to SMEs, partnerships, and sole traders.

* Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients.
* Prepare and present financial statements in line with Irish accounting standards.
* Lead client meetings and build strong relationships.
* Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, RCT, Corporation Tax, and Income Tax.
* Liaise with Revenue and handle client queries, audits, and filings.
* Identify opportunities for tax planning and process improvement.
* Mentor and support junior staff and help foster a collaborative team culture.
* Contribute to strategic client management and business development initiatives.

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with minimum 3+ years of practice experience. Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax and accounting compliance. Proven ability to manage client relationships and present at senior level.
