Office Manager
Location: Maynooth, County Kildare (moving to Leixlip Innovation Hub in January)
Reports to: HR Manager
Working Pattern: 5 days a week in office, no hybrid working
Duration: 9-Month Maternity cover, potential to go permanent
PSI Global Recruitment are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support our client’s operations in Maynooth. This role will also play a key part in their planned relocation to the Leixlip Innovation Hub in January.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee office operations, including supplies and facilities
* Support the office relocation to Leixlip in January
* Maintain accurate office and HR documentation
* Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding and employee support
* Prepare HR reports and update HR systems
* Coordinate meetings, events and training
Skills & Experience
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
* Proven office management experience
* HR administration experience desirable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
Desirable
* HR qualification or hands-on HR administration experience.
* Experience supporting office relocations or similar projects.
