Job Title: Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our team in Limerick.

* This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input, approval, and QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, mission, and Rebate payments against strict currency deadlines.
* Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures.
* Work queue management and completion within relevant deadlines.
* Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.
* Support the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
* Fulfill additional, relevant tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
* Participate in client visit meetings as required.
* Maintain a close working relationship with other areas of the business and external stakeholders.
* Play an active role if/when the department undergoes an audit.

Accountabilities:

* Employees are required to comply with regulatory regimes applicable to the role.
* Employees are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas they are responsible for are organized and controlled.
* Employees are required to observe proper standards of market, business, and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties.

Relationships:

* Internal Key Stakeholders: Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, Management Team, Internal Clients.
* External Key Stakeholders: Regulators, External Clients, External Advisors, External Auditors/Trustees and Compliance, Shareholders.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

* Previous financial services experience is desirable.
* Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
* Good Team Player.
