Portfolio Manager Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to assume a leadership role in the management of a large portfolio of real estate assets.
* Create and maintain financial models to monitor KPIs, analyze strategic issues, and prepare recommendations for optimal portfolio performance.
* Develop and implement strategies for capital raising activities to support existing and new asset development/acquisition initiatives.
* Evaluate and consider investment opportunities that align with business goals and objectives.
* Oversee ongoing portfolio management activities to ensure optimal performance of the portfolio.
* A strong educational background in a field such as finance or accounting, complemented by significant experience managing real estate portfolios in a professional capacity.
