Job Description:

We are seeking a German Linguist and Localization Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our localization team, you will work with a group of professional translators to provide excellent quality service and interdepartmental support.

Responsibilities:

* Translating content from English to German

* Verifying linguistic text to ensure its correct and localized

* Verifying the correct implementation of the verified content, language, and text

* Ensuring culturally acceptable and checking any politically sensitive content
">
* Ensuring you meet quality standards

* Communicating and working with both internal & external stakeholders
">
* Generating reports and analyzing such reports
">
* Checking bugs within products and running test cases
">
* Developing a deep knowledge of various video games, their mechanics, and debug menus
">
* Working on ad-hoc projects within translations across all platforms
">
* Ensuring that excellent quality service is delivered, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with targets
">
* Being committed to learning and developing extensive product knowledge

* Assisting the in-house teams with their administration and caseload as required
">
* Multitasking on your daily workload, ensuring follow-up on your individual caseload

* Responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Native Level German
">
* Degree qualified in translation/linguistics preferred
">
* 1 year's experience as a translator from English to German
">
* Strong Administration Skills
">
* Excellent multitasking skills
">
* Ability to work with a large team and in a fast-paced environment
