We are currently seeking to recruit a Mechanical Surveyor to join our client on a life science project in Kerry. The team are looking for an Mechanical Surveyor with at least three to four year’s experience, and experience in HVAC, Piping and Sprinkler Systems.

Responsibilities
* Competency in Mechanical Piping, HVAC and Sprinkler systems remeasure activities.
* Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor & client
* Compiling & agreeing final accounts with both contractor & client
* Reporting into the Project Commercial Manager Monthly
Requirements
* Experience as a Mechanical Surveyor in build projects on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
* Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background favourable but not essential
* Capabilities around Microsoft Excel, Word
