About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to carry out admin duties as a Part-Time Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to manage their own schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general office administrative duties.
* Manage invoicing and issue receipts to clients.
* Handle bank transfers and maintain accurate financial records.
* Keep detailed and organised VAT records.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and VAT.
* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
