You’ll need a deep understanding of navigating corporate structures, solving content-related problems, developing strong internal and external relationships, and experience in growing business areas or teams.The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for growth in new business with key accounts. You will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure consistent value delivery on each project and address clients’ ongoing content-related challenges. We value, include, and support our team members and offer:Career progression through a curated learning and development plan.Opportunities to participate in projects outside your main expertise to gain diverse experience.Our benefits package includes:Participation in the company pension scheme.Company bonus scheme participation.Participation in the Altuent Sick Pay scheme.VHI/Altuent Group health insurance scheme.Taxsaver Commuter Ticket scheme.We champion flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, to support our team’s needs.What will you be doing?Develop and execute key account management strategies.Listen to client needs and provide feedback to influence our offerings and develop new services, including technology solutions.Guide clients to understand and implement content solutions that meet their needs using value-based selling.Organize and lead business review meetings with clients.Establish client satisfaction reporting to ensure goal achievement and learnings from each project.Support the creation of thought leadership content and marketing collateral.Collaborate with the Operations team for new customer onboarding and support.Contribute to client invoicing processes.Own and track business development metrics, especially pipeline growth.Identify opportunities for clients to advocate for Altuent through case studies and testimonials.Attend conferences, events, and client sites as needed.Provide regular reports on client management KPIs.Your Skills And ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ relevant experience in tech communications, learning, or language roles.Third-level qualification in content development, strategy, marketing, business, or related field.Experience in small business and multinational environments is advantageous.Account management experience is a plus but not essential.Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Highly analytical, data-driven, and personable.Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Fluent in written and spoken English.Interest in new technologies and tools, including AI, machine learning, AR/VR.Self-motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.Willing to travel if necessary.Demonstrated leadership skills.Proficiency in enterprise CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.About AltuentAltuent is a company of technical content creators, consultants, instructional designers, linguists, and content innovation experts supporting technology and life sciences companies to craft optimal user experiences.
