Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable LLM applications for real-world business scenarios.
* Independently navigate the full research, development and deployment lifecycle of projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement impactful features and enhancements.
* Write clean, efficient and well-documented code to ensure easy maintenance and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues across production and development environments.
* Continuously optimise backend systems to manage increased traffic and enhance user experience.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive overall system improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
* 3+ years of backend/algorithm development experience, with deep proficiency in Python.
* Hands-on experience developing LLM models or LLM-based applications (e.g., AI assistants, chatbots).
* Proven ability to independently research, develop, and deploy projects from concept to production.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex challenges.
* Strong communicator and collaborator with a knack for mentorship.
* Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases is a plus.
* Publications in top AI conferences and contributions to open-source AI projects are highly valued.
