This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least three times per week.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Recognition & Celebrations solutions. Our team collaborates closely, creating impactful software solutions focused on quality, innovation, and practical outcomes.

Tech Stack
* Java 17, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Web Stack, Spring Data or Spring JDBC)
* RESTful web services, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel
* AWS, Terraform, API, Oracle, Postgres, NoSQL DB, PL/SQL
* JMeter, Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Git, Docker/Containerization
* AWS OpenSearch, AWS Lambda
What You Will Do
* Collaborate with the Product team to clarify requirements and co‑design effective, user‑centric solutions.
* Collaborate closely with Principals and Architects to align on technical vision and strategy.
* Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the core functionality and scalability of our platform.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
* Provide technical mentorship to peers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across the team.
The Skills You Will Bring
* 5+ years' experience with enterprise application design and development using Java, Spring, and AWS.
* Experience working in an agile micro‑service oriented development environment.
* Familiarity with RESTful API design and common batch processing patterns.
* Good database application development experience with Oracle/SQL or Aurora databases.
* Experience with unit and integration testing; familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD).
* Experience with AWS‑based DevOps or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., OpenSearch, Amazon MSK/Kafka, AWS Lambda).
* Familiarity with Apache Camel or Apache Kafka is advantageous.
