We're launching our brand new Sorellas Drive Thru Coffee business in the coming weeks and were looking for enthusiastic, welcoming, customer-focused candidates to join our team.
About the Role
We're looking for positive, reliable Baristas who will thrive in a busy fast-paced environment.
You'll craft delicious drinks, serve great food, greet customers with a smile, and help keep our drive-thru running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Prepare premium coffee drinks, teas and speciality beverages to order
* Present our select range of premium food items
* Provide warm, efficient, drive-thru customer service
* Maintain a clean, organized station
* Accurately take orders and handle payments
* Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with opening/closing duties
What We're Looking For
* Barista or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
* Friendly and confident communication skills
* Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Passion for great coffee and customer service
