About the Role: We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie for a prestigious luxury resort located in a stunning coastal area. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute a range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the resort’s dining outlets and events.
Ensure all items are presented to the highest standard and meet strict quality control.
Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and the team to develop new menu items and creative pastry concepts.
Assist in leading and mentoring junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Manage pastry inventory and communicate supply needs with the team.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, ideally in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
