Role Description:
This is a varied role involving a mix of production /warehouse duties, delivery duties, and installation duties.
Responsibilities:
This is a customer facing role. There is a huge responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction by carrying out work in an efficient, friendly, and courteous manner.
* The person will be expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.
* Handling customer requests in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service.
* Following all safety protocols and company regulations.
Requirements:
* Full Clean Current driver's license
* The ability to lift 20KG repeatedly on a daily basis is also a requirement: physical exertion is common to most tasks.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols along with a strong sense of timeliness and organization.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: delivery, sales, customer service and teamwork abilities are essential.
