This is a key position in our organization responsible for designing, building and managing onboarding and continual learning content across multiple modalities. The successful candidate will use their expertise to create engaging and effective content that drives business results.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop onboarding and training programs for new hires;
">
* Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement content, including presentations, videos, job aids and other materials;
">
* Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption of sales tools and technology;
">
* Provide training and coaching to sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge;
">
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change;
">
* Maintain and update sales enablement content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
">
* 3+ years of experience in sales training, learning design or sales enablement;
">
* Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales training programs;
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
">
* Familiarity with sales tools and technology, including CRM systems and sales automation software.
