The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing order processing, handling inbound customer service inquiries, coordinating with team members, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, supporting the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners and clients.Qualifications3years+ experience in a similar role including;Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills to handle sales documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping.Strong understanding of Sales strategies and practices to support the sales process and deliver enhanced customer experiences.Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Proficiency in office tools and software, with familiarity in sales or inventory management systems being an advantage.Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred. A detail-oriented and proactive approach is essential.
