Supply Chain Planning Job Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will ensure timely and stable supply to customers. This role involves aligning all planning elements (demand, production, inventory, logistics) to meet business goals for European expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supply and Production Coordination: Coordinate activities across operations, partners & logistics providers to achieve supply plan execution with target service level.
* Logistics Management: Direct liaison with logistics provider, planning & trouble-shooting issues to deliver KPIs.
* Demand Fulfillment: Key interface with the customer organization on demand delivery.
* Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels by balancing supply and demand requirements, achieving target service level with minimal obsolescence.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracks key performance indicators related to supply chain performance for the European business - forecast accuracy, service level etc.
