Role Overview
We are seeking a
Customer Support Representative
to provide world-class assistance to our users and help them get the most value from Boxcore. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technology-driven, and passionate about solving problems for customers.
You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting users via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is acted upon and satisfaction remains high.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive support to customers through chat, email, and phone
* Troubleshoot product issues and guide users through solutions
* Support onboarding and training for new customers
* Escalate technical issues to product or engineering teams where required
* Track and document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
* Create and update help articles, tutorials, and support documentation
* Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement
* Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product development
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives platform adoption and retention
Skills & Experience
* 1+ year experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support (SaaS preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to explain software in a clear, friendly, and patient manner
* Experience with support tools (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, or similar)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Comfortable adapting to fast-moving environments and evolving products
* Knowledge of the construction industry or field-based operations is a plus but not required
