Our client an international insurance company based in Dublin city centre is recruiting a Financial Reporting Accountant that will report into the Finance Manager. The role offers a hybrid work environment and excellent benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial reports, analyse data, and ensure compliance with regulations.Provide expert accounting advice to inform business decisions.Drive efficient financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Support the Controller and Chief Financial Officer with the production of ad hoc Finance exhibits and analysis, as required and other ad hoc project work as required.As part of a collaborative team effort, continue to seek ways to streamline and improve processes to bring increased efficiencies to the close process.Experience/RequirementsQualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) or nearly qualifiedStrong technical accounting skills.Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not requiredProject experience within a finance team an advantage.Remuneration PackageSalary depending on experience from €58,000 - €62,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
