We are currently seeking an experienced bar person to join our dynamic team in our newly renovated Library Bar.
As an experienced bartender you will play a crucial role in shaping our guests' experience by crafting exquisite cocktails, providing impeccable service and maintaining a clean and organised bar environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on cocktails and signature drinks.
* Greet and engage with customers providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
* Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including proper stocking and inventory.
* Stay updates on industry trends, new cocktail recipes and seasonal ingredients.
* Collaborate with kitchen and management team to create and implement special drink menus and promotions.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
* -rain and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff as needed.
This position requires mid-week and weekend availability
