Education Administrator
(Part-time role, 12 – 16 week fixed term contract)
Role Summary
Reporting to the Education Manager, this role supports the Education team in delivering a high-quality customer service and administration function. The primary focus of the role is to manage inbound phone calls and emails, ensuring all queries are handled in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner. This is a front-facing role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries
Respond to all queries in a timely and professional manner
Manage and monitor shared inboxes, escalating queries where appropriate
Support course administration including bookings, registrations, and records
Maintain accurate data across internal systems and learning platforms
Assist in the organisation of courses, CPD events, and conferences
Provide general administrative support to the Education team
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience
Other duties as required.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Remuneration and Location
Salary: Commencing at €16 per hour.
Job Type: Part-time, 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
Position Tenure: 12-16 week fixed-term contract.
Position Location: Swim Ireland Head Office, Irish Sport HQ, Sport Ireland Campus, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Some level of hybrid working will be permitted but is dependent on the requirements of the business.
Appointment Will Be Made Subject To Satisfactory
Garda Vetting and suitable reference checks.
