Line / Prep Chef – Full-Time Position (Immediate Start)
We're looking for an experienced Line/Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, serving 150–200 covers per night, so we're after someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.
About the Role:
* Working as part of a small team of 2 on the line.
* Main duties include cooking on the fryers and dish assembly during service.
* All food is cooked to order — no shortcuts here
* All sauces and prep items are made from scratch in-house.
* You'll also work two prep/set-up shifts per week, preparing the kitchen for service.
* Kitchen closes at 9pm each night; finishing times are typically 10:30–11:00pm when required for service and clean-down.
* Immediate start available.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of prep, cooking to order, and kitchen organisation.
* Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
* Must have all relevant working visas and paperwork to work in Ireland.
* Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.
Hiring Process:
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a paid trial shift as part of the hiring process.
Pay & Perks:
* €15.00–€17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

* Great public transport links – main bus routes to Dublin (every 30 mins), Navan, Dunshaughlin, and surrounding areas (every hour).
