ERP Implementation Project Manager
Hybrid – 3 days in Dublin office
12-month fixed-term contract
Our client is undertaking a major ERP upgrade, impacting critical business functions including operations, logistics, distribution, and finance. In parallel, we are rolling out additional system enhancements and infrastructure improvements to optimise business performance.
With a dedicated team already managing project governance, PMO, and change management, we now need a skilled ERP Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of project execution—ensuring smooth delivery on time and within budget.
Your Role:
* Lead the full lifecycle of ERP and IT system implementations, from planning to go-live.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
* Oversee automation initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
* Provide clear, regular project updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
* Take a hands-on approach, driving execution with precision, accountability, and momentum.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in IT project management, specialising in ERP implementation and system integration.
* A proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (ERP, POS, applications, infrastructure) in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
* Strong technical expertise in ERP upgrades, automation, data migration, and system integrations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and communicate at senior levels.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
