OverviewHSE Site Managers & HSE Manager — Location: UK and Ireland; Rate: £400 per day; Contract: 1-year.We are working with a leading renewable energy developer to support the delivery of large-scale solar and energy storage projects across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking experienced HSE Site Managers and HSE Managers to join the project delivery team.This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at the highest level — supporting the build-out of clean energy infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesLead and implement HSE strategy on solar and battery storage construction sitesEnsure compliance with UK & Irish HSE regulations and industry best practiceConduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigationsSupport and coach site teams and contractors to maintain a strong safety cultureDeliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE trainingProduce accurate and timely reporting of HSE performanceRequirementsProven experience as an HSE Site Manager or HSE Manager on utility-scale solar or storage projectsStrong understanding of UK & Irish health and safety regulationsMust hold a NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)Ability to work across multiple sites as requiredRight to work in the UK or IrelandWhy ApplyJoin high-impact renewable energy projects across the UK & IrelandCompetitive day rate (£400)12-month contract with potential for extensionBe part of the energy transition at scaleContact: Charlie Mouncer — Principal Consultant Email: C.Mouncer@tgrc.com
