Job Title: Change and Training Lead
Location: Dublin Centre
We are a leading multinational organization undergoing a significant transformation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change and Training Lead to play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new technology platforms and business process improvements.
The Role
As a Change and Training Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring our people are equipped and ready for change. You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and oversee the design and delivery of effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading complex change management and/or training initiatives within a large-scale transformation or multinational organization.
Proven ability to identify change impact and contribute to new organizational designs.
Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level training programs for new technology adoption.
Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g., SAM or LLAMA) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) is preferred.
Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe) is desirable.
Knowledge of supply chain functions, processes, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
Proficiency in data manipulation for change management and continuous improvement (e.g., MS PowerBI) is desirable.
Educated to degree level.
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is preferred.
Project management and/or training/instructional design certifications are desirable.
