The Role
:
1. Identification and implementation of asset management initiatives at property and portfolio level
2. Review of potential investment opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting
3. General estate management to include insuring properties and dealing with tenant requests
4. Preparation of valuations and review and analysis of independent valuations
5. Review of potential investment opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting
Requirements
6. Third Level qualification in a business-related field
7. Qualified or Part Qualified Financial Accountant or Surveyor
8. Experience working in an accountancy of property environment
9. Demonstratable interest in the Irish Property Sector
10. Strong analytical and reporting skills to include asset and portfolio analysis and client communications
