Our client is a multi-national pharmaceutical company, located in Swords, County Dublin.
They are looking for a temporary, full-time HRBP to join their team for 11 months.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site minimum.
About Your New Job
Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies
Provide HR support focused on a variety of areas such as engagement and culture, talent development, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and recognition, and organisational design
Oversees organisation regulatory and compliance requirements
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
Adheres to legal requirements and privacy guidelines
Work with leadership to champion high-performance culture and create working environment aligned with company values
Support delivery of people strategy
Provide effective coaching for leaders through handling complex employee relations cases
Support site management and HR team with HR analytics
What Skills You Need
Minimum 3-4 years in an HRBP role or similar HR role
Strong working knowledge of Irish and European employment law framework
Experience with HR systems such as Workday
Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
Experience within a multi-national company is preferred
Bachelor's degree or third level qualification required
CIPD qualification would be desirable
