The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management Consultant to join our cybersecurity practice. As a subject matter expert, you will design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for our clients. You will secure clients’ critical infrastructure by leveraging industry-leading platforms and ensuring seamless integration with modern identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical delivery on PAM projects, from initial scoping and architecture design to deployment, hypercare and handover into post-implementation support.
* Design, implement, and support robust CyberArk PAM solutions for our diverse client base.
* Develop and manage the integration of CyberArk with common Identity Providers (IdPs) and IAM systems, particularly Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Provide expert-level consultation to clients on PAM best practices, strategy, and security posture improvement.
* As part of our resolver group, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the CyberArk environment when escalated to.
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, operational guides, and support procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
* Current and valid CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications are mandatory for this role.
* Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the core CyberArk product suite (e.g., Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Vault Web Access).
* Proven experience in integrating CyberArk with IAM platforms, specifically Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
* A strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* Experience with modern components of the CyberArk Identity Security Platform, such as CyberArk Identity (SSO/MFA), Cloud Entitlements Manager (CEM), or Conjur.
* Hands-on experience with other leading enterprise PAM platforms, such as Delinea (Thycotic, Centrify), BeyondTrust, or Keeper Security.
* Knowledge of cloud-native and DevOps secrets management tools, particularly HashiCorp Vault and Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration.
* Additional industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific security certifications.
