) is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help us scale our ability to build outbound sales and appointment-setting teams for fast-growing, bootstrapped B2B companies ($500K to $5M ARR) in the US and Europe. You'll coach and manage Implementation Managers who build and operate outbound sales teams on behalf of our clients — and take a central role in growing our playbook, revenue, and impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll serve as the key layer between our founder and our client delivery team, taking over the week-to-week management and strategic oversight of sales team implementations. Specifically, you will:
* Coach and oversee Implementation Managers who lead outbound sales build-outs for our clients.
* Provide strategic sales guidance to client-facing teams and make key decisions on hiring, metrics, and process.
* Help codify and enforce our proven outbound sales playbook across all client engagements.
* Build out and manage a hiring pipeline of offshore SDR/appointment setters and make final hiring decisions.
* Lead onboarding for new client projects and ensure smooth, fast ramp-up of sales teams.
* Hold Implementation Managers accountable weekly and quarterly using performance metrics and scorecards.
* Collaborate closely with the founder to stand up internal systems to support continued company growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
* 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, preferably in outbound-heavy or dialer-driven environments
* Experience building or managing offshore sales and/or appointment setter teams
* A strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities
* Strong operational discipline: metrics, scorecards, accountability, systems
* Proven team coaching and management skills
* Experience in founder-led environments, systems building, and creating scalable processes
* Comfort working fully remote across time zones
* Bonus: Experience working in a consulting or sales-as-a-service model
