We are seeking a senior financial professional to lead the financial operations of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective control.
* Consolidate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Drive improvements in ERP usage, focusing on automation and efficiency.
* Oversee the external audit process and maintain strong relationships with auditors and advisors.
* Manage cash flow, debt financing, and covenant reporting with a proactive and detail-driven approach.
* Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Ensure tax compliance and manage external reporting in collaboration with advisors and payroll providers.
* Lead and develop a small finance team, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.
* Experience in a similar role within a multi-entity or complex organisational structure.
* Strong audit background and experience managing external audit processes.
* Experience in a private equity environment or leveraged business is a strong advantage.
* Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
* Skilled in financial analysis, problem solving, and decision-making.
* Strong communicator with the confidence to work across all levels of the organisation.
