Residential Construction Leadership Opportunity
This role offers a chance to oversee a portfolio of residential projects, taking developments through pre-construction and onsite delivery. As a senior construction professional, you will coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
About the Job
- Work with the design team to plan works for new projects and create programmes.
- Oversee preconstruction / tendering processes with the commercial team.
- Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, coordinating weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action plans.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or similar is essential.
- Proven history of working on residential projects from ground up through fit out and handover is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager/Senior Project Manager is necessary.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects at a time is crucial.
