Overview:
Lead, Product Marketing
This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard’s B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role, you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with a strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Define and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for product or feature releases.
* Lead creation and execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage.
* Support development of product value propositions that are consumer-led.
Experiences:
* Experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring success to recommend improvements.
* Experience leveraging data to identify insights and develop content across channels.
* Experience participating in quantitative studies to represent the voice of the customer.
