Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, setup, and service of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food service and kitchen areas.
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP).
Support chefs and senior catering staff as needed to ensure smooth service.
Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the event.
Provide professional and friendly customer service to all guests.
Main Requirements: Previous catering, kitchen, or food service experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
Well-presented, punctual, and dependable.
Manual Handling or HACCP certification (can be facilitated if needed).
