Job Title: Experienced Accountant - Construction Sector
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accountant to join our client's thriving organisation in the construction sector. With multiple ongoing projects, they are in an expansion phase and require a commercially focused accountant to play a key role in their continued development.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO & Operations Director and be responsible for overseeing financial systems, preparing reports, and evaluating costs and revenues. They will also collaborate with senior leadership teams to communicate financial information.
Apart from having relevant accounting experience (3 years minimum), we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can manage deadlines effectively while prioritizing tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills along with fluency in English language.
In this position you will
* Oversight of all accounting functions;
* Evaluate cost structures against revenue;
* Plan budgeting processes;
* Determine how resources should be allocated within departments such as payroll or finances;
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration among various stakeholders on core topics like tax compliance,financial metrics collection.- Development of internal guidelines by improving service quality through employee training across team levels – ensuring seamless work flow without overcomplicating procedures needed per each person’s specific needs.
