Overview
As a Senior Financial Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting for the EMEA region.
* Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for the EMEA region, providing analysis and insights.
* Ensure books and records are maintained for all Linesight EMEA entities in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Manage the annual audit and compliance requirements for all EMEA entities within deadlines.
* Lead a team of 7 accountants, ranging from junior to senior levels.
* Drive succession planning and people development strategies within the EMEA team.
* Enhance resource capabilities within the team.
* Lead and contribute to finance projects as needed.
* Address day-to-day requests and issues.
* Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis upon request.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
