Key Role Summary

To drive key business growth opportunities into new customers within Ireland.


Main Responsibilities

* Achieve set quarterly sales targets.
* Pipeline management and weekly forecasting of business generated in collaboration with the sales team.
* Management of internal processes relating to vendors.
* Build and deliver on a customer business plan, delivering against pre-agreed KPIs on a quarterly basis then working to fully execute on agreed plans.
* Enable the sales teams to ensure accurate and timely management of all quotations.
* Support initiatives that can build presence and sales via e-commerce platforms.
* Communicate and articulate a company's value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate it from competitors.
* Maintain high levels of customer service ensuring the company remains a valued supplier.
* Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness activity.
* Always act as an ambassador and representative of the company to ensure a professional image.
* Actively contribute and act as a role model to company values.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales.
* Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats, face-to-face and remotely.
* Mature, responsible, and professional attitude to work.
* Experience in networking or connectivity is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively with people from various functional areas: operations, marketing, sales, support etc.
* Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
* Proactive work style: ability to take initiative and work well within a busy sales environment.
* Commercial and business awareness with negotiation and influencing skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
