Reporting
Report to the local Pernod Ricard marketing team and, via a dotted line, to the BA Programmes team in Dublin and the local commercial teams in Cork, Galway & Limerick.
Visa Requirements
Must have a minimum of three years experience in bartending, hospitality, marketing or sales to be eligible due to visa restrictions.

Core Responsibilities
*****% of the role involves sharing newly acquired whiskey knowledge with new faces in the market, educating consumers, bartenders and sales teams about the history, heritage and craft credentials of Jameson Irish Whiskey.
You will also support creative activities and generate digital content.
*****% office-based support for the local marketing team in planning, execution and evaluation of Jameson activations, including monthly reporting, expense processing and sharing market insights.
Core Areas of the Role
Brand Education – Support local sales team in educating staff in key trade accounts with a focus on bartender education in key outlets.
Conduct tastings and education for industry influencers and target consumers.
Brand Activation – Collaborate with local brand and sales teams to identify and execute a range of brand activations.
Build brand awareness and create development opportunities.
Cultural Advocacy – Engage local cultural landscape by connecting with musicians, creators and other cultural connectors to authentically promote brand awareness.
Content Creation – Capture on-brand content to share on local and global brand channels.
Share of Mind – Ensure the Jameson brand stays front of mind with consumers.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Relevant third-level qualification.
Minimum three years bartending, hospitality, sales or marketing experience.
Full, clean driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Full legal right to work in Ireland.
Bartending and hospitality experience.
Experience/interest in travel, music, art and culture.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
Outgoing and personable with excellent relationship-building ability.
Positive, proactive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude.
Commercially aware with sound business acumen.
Creative, innovative and collaborative approach.
Self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently with strong IT skills.
Ability to adapt to new countries, cultures and situations.
