Job Summary
* We oversee the maintenance of our product assortment master data file.
* We collaborate with our corporate centre in Germany about new product lines, all correspondence is done in English.
* We set up new products and delist old products.
* We conduct regular competitor analysis and price surveys to ensure our range is in line with market trends.
* We collaborate with our Finance team and support on resolution for any invoice queries.
* We liaise with our store management and operations teams on general queries.
* We update and manage weekly news store communication document.
* We support with general ad hoc purchasing team duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong analytical skills with data management experience.
* Strong IT skills, competent Excel user (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
* Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field or 1-2 years in procurement role desirable.
